ELECTRONIC DANCE

 

For our very first assignment, we were formed into groups based on our music genre which we had chosen through drawing lots. For me, I was given Electronic Dance Music. My group mates consist of Shiang Qian, Imani, Wen Wei and Zack.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 For our design, we were inspired by the bright neon coloured lights of the night clubs and rave concerts that had these lights. these are usually  used during EDM concerts or night clubs where it is played. As for the title, we had chosen to use a metallic silver sheet to show the futuristic design that matches the futurustic sound of EDM. We had also chosen black as our background to enable the colours to stand out more vibrantly the same way EDM music stands out from the other genres.

As for my part, I had done the titles where it is drawn and cut out using a pen knife, as well as the Festivals and Fashion section. Overall, I had find working with my team in this assignnment was challenging but it was alot of fun. It was great being able to bounce off ideas from one another and brainstorm our presentation board.
